So we have had 2 burgers in 1 week which is not the usual in my home but I really fancied one 🤷🏻♀️
These are completely homemade and take only a couple of minutes more than opening a packet of ready made burgers.
These were 12% fat beef mince , mixed with the simple combo of salt, pepper, onion powder and mixed herbs.
This will make 4 burgers.
As much as I prefer the lower fat mince for lots of things you need the higher fat content for the juiciest burgers.
These were quickly bbq’d and were slightly blushing on the inside.
Now I’m done with work for the week so I’ve earned a wine and a chill out.
