It was my first time making these with chicken, last time I made these I used pork and they were amazing.
I used the same recipe for for the marinade (in my highlights) but used a large pack of chicken thighs (900g)
I marinated over night then oven baked for 1 hr at 180 degrees.
I shredded the meat and added to a frying pan with the juices until crispy.
These are ideal for a weeknight as they are already prepped so just go in the oven. Full of flavour and affordable too!
Served in flatbread with tzazkiki & Greek salad.
