GREEK TURKEY BURGERS…
I promised a healthy spin on the usual burger night & here it is. These also tie in with my slight obsession to put a greek spin on my dinners.
Not only do these burgers use low fat turkey mince which makes them so light to eat they take 5 minutes to throw together.
500g 7% fat turkey mince
2 tsp garlic purée
A handful of wilted chopped spinach
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tbsp crumbled feta
1 Handful breadcrumbs
Juice of 1 lemon
1 handful chopped fresh parsley
Combine all of the ingredients. Shape into 4 burger patties to fit your burger buns.
Grill or bbq until cooked through & golden.
Serve with your choice of toppings, homemade chips & healthy coleslaw…
