HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I hope you all had a good one, however you spent it. I was definitely asleep before 12, but that’s me every year 🙈😂
Now this isn’t an every day meal for us by any means but when I picked up the Christmas sausages from the butcher I also got us this rib of beef & popped it in the freezer.
So here is my take on a posh steak, chips & gravy!
Name a better combo… I ‘ll wait 😍
The beef was pan seared for 5 mins on each side, into the oven at 180° for 20 mins & rested for 30mins while the chips cooked.
I served this with the jamieoliver beef bone gravy which I have made a batch of and frozen in portions.
Delicious! What a great start to 2021 ❤️
