HEALTHY KEBAB & SALAD PLATE…
I’m sticking with this healthy eating & exercise deal I’ve made with myself lately.
These chicken kebabs are marinated the night before, threaded onto skewers & grilled or oven baked until cooked through with some crispy bits. I used skinless, boneless thighs and coated them in lemon, mixed herbs, garlic purée, paprika, cumin, onion powder & seasoning. So simple but they have so much flavour.
I like to serve these up with a kebab shop style salad & my spring rice (recipe is in my highlights)
Loads for leftover lunches too. Perfect ❤️
