PERI PERI CHICKEN BURGERS…
I love anything that can be prepped the night before and knowing I had the last day of Xmas shopping to do I knew I’d want an easy dinner.
These chicken burgers couldn’t be easier. Beat chicken to an even thickness, marinade for as long as you have in a mix of nandosuk medium hot sauce & their dried seasoning. Pan griddle or pop under the grill until cooked through.
Pop in a toasted bun with your choice of fillings and serve!
I ended up stuffing my halloumi in my burger for extra perfection.
A great weeknight dinner if you ask me ❤️
