PIE & MASH…
To complete my first week of easy dinners I “made” this creamy chicken & mushroom pie. I say “made” because these were homemade by me a few weeks ago and popped in the freezer. Yes I had to take the time to make them a few weeks back but yesterday I was able to take them straight fork the freezer and bake at 175° for 45 mins until golden & piping hot throughout. Definitely a time saving tip is to make a double batch for rainy days.
Served up with some buttery mash, greens & gravy. Swipe for the pre gravy shot.
