SPICY CHICKEN & CHIPS…
I don’t used the term spicy lightly here, these legs quite the kick. I made my marinade using my neemafood spice paste that they sent me to try last year. If you like spice you should give them a go.
Marinade:
3 tsp neemafood chilli paste
1/2 punnet plum tomatoes
1 yellow onion
3 cloves of garlic
50ml single cream.
Cook onions, garlic & tomatoes until soft in a little oil, add chilli paste, cream & whizz until smooth. Pour over your chicken legs and bake (or bbq) until cooked through with a crispy skin. I baked these for about an hour.
After such a beautiful weekend weather wise this dinner made it feel even more like spring is just around the corner. We all need that right now 🥰
