SPICY SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN…
This was UNREAL!
I was gifted some neemafood scotch bonnet chilli paste to try and came up with this really tasty dinner.
The spice pastes are HOT! If you like spice you need to give them a go. They will definitely add tons of flavour to anything you make.
I cooked a yellow onion in a pan with 3 cloves of garlic, half a punnet of cherry tomatoes and 50ml cream. Add 3 tsps of neemafood paste and blend. Smother over the chicken and bake.
I baked this large chicken for an hour, basting halfway through.

Spicy, creamy and packed with flavour. This was the juiciest chicken I’ve had in a long time!
Served with roasted mixed veg, chips and halloumi.
